Founders

Ernest Thalmann was an American investment banker who was widely respected in every European financial center. With his partner, A. Limburger, he joined with Adolph Ladenburg, scion of an established banking family from Mannheim and Frankfurt, to form Ladenburg Thalmann in 1876.
